Day 01: Your current relationship, if single discuss how single life is
- Feeling arms being wrapped around oneself in the middle of the night
- Sneaking in looks when the other person isn’t looking
- Waking up to find multiple texts of “I Love You“
- Singing lyrics to a song loudly and badly
- Checking in almost every hour
- Lazy afternoons watching TV
- Sharktopus Marathon Series
- Sharknado Movie Nights
- Breakfast in Bed
- Sleeping in Late
- Forehead kisses
- Random pranks
- Tears of Joy
That’s just to name a few and I can go on for quite sometime. I thought I ran out of firsts in relationships until I met him. He his patient and kind. He is the reason why I smile and cry from laughing so much. He’s the reason why I’m standing whole again, ready to love.
He is my glue. He found me at my worse, completely shattered and broken, diligently working hard to put me back together. He showed me a new kind of love, the kind that makes your heart burst. He restored trust and hope, planting new seeds of life to a dying plant.
This is my current relationship. My favorite relationship. My last relationship.
I honestly thought I understood the definition of true love until I met him. He is showing me raw uncensored love. The kind of love that you would give your life not to lose. I love my relationship as much as I love falling in love with him over and over again.
Every day is a new surprise and a new first. I’m losing count of all the firsts we’ve shared. We started out as best friends and now we are something more. I’m glad that we went through everything we had to go through before we found each other. It made us realize how much of ourselves we see in each other. We learned how to make the best of everything and appreciate everything the other person has to offer.
What is my relationship?
It is happiness, fun, and most importantly full of love. I wouldn’t change it for the world.
He’s my last thought in the night and first in the morning.
He’s my happily ever after.
This is my relationship. What’s yours?
