I’m alone

Which is different from being lonely

I’m that too

Sinking in the silence of solitude

Drowning in the stillness

Of my own presence

Though solitude has been kind to me

Allowing me the freedom to organize myself

To explore myself

Alone, solitude becomes a suffocating void

Of only myself
